This 12 ft, fast tip, Hi Modulus Carbon fibre, 3lb test curve Bass Spinning rod, will cast lures from 15g to 60g to well over 150 yds out. The length of this rod coupled with its fast tip action allows maximum tip speed on the cast, giving this rod the capability to power lures way out towards the horizon. Fitted with SIC TS Line guides,which are both super strong, yet super smooth. The build of this rod incorporates an extra thick layer of carbon weave a third of the way down the blank, giving masses of low down power, allowing you to subdue a double figure fish if you are lucky enough to hook one, but still has the sensitivity in the tip, to whack over when a lively 3 pounder hits your lure. This rod is designed to be used with a fixed spool reel, the large bottom eye allows the coils of line to pass through it, without causing restriction or choking, which would cut down on casting distance, or even snag, resulting in the dreaded crack off.

This 9ft, Hi Modulus Carbon fibre Bass plugging rod, is both ideal for Plugging and spinning. The length of this rod, combined with a stiffer action, makes it ideal for plugging, as it allows the popper or plug to respond to every twitch and jerk that you make with this rod, without being lost through the action of a longer, softer rod. This Bass plugging and Spinning rod, is lightweight enough to hold all day, yet incredibly strong, punching way over it's weight for its size. This rod is designed to cast plugs and lures from 20g to 60g well out to were the big Fish feed. Fitted with double legged, Alumina TS Line guides, which are both super strong, yet super smooth, allow long trouble free casts, be it with monofilament or braid. The build of this rod is constructed with thicker layers of carbon giving it a stronger stiffer action, making it the ideal plugging / spinning rod, giving this rod masses of power, allowing you to subdue the biggest of fish. This rod is designed to be used with a fixed spool reel, the large bottom eye allows the coils of line to pass through it, without causing restriction or choking, which would cut down on casting distance.

This rod is an awesome piece of kit. Fantastic for fishing from a Kayak, to drifting a lure or live bait over a wreck or reef. Designed initially for working big lures for 20lb plus Pike, this rod is also capable of casting weights to over 150g. This means this rod has a fantastic light tip action, but the mid-section power is incredible. You can work a 6 to 8 ounce weight or jig with ease with this rod, but hit into a big Bass, or double figure Pollack and this rod comes alive. Use this rod on all of your Black Bream trips, and you will kick yourself that you have missed so much fun and sport before you had this rod.

The rod is fitted with the American style trigger grip handle, which allows great one handed control, if you need to work a light lure or jig, whilst using your left hand on the handle of the specialist bait casting reel.

Use this rod and reel out on your kayaks. The short butt allows real ease of use around the Kayak, and also allows the rod to go in and out of the kayaks rod holders with ease.

The fantastic light weight carbon fibre construction of this rod (it's designed to be held with one hand all day) means holding it in the Kayak is no problem. Combine this with its super light tip action, and awesome low down power, and you have a rod that can cast, drift fish, bottom fish and jig.

This Hi-Modulus 10 ft carbon blank, make this 8/9 weight rod, lightweight, extremely strong, yet highly flexible. Ideal for Salt water fly fishing, both here and aboard (This rod makes a great travel rod, as it splits down into 3 pieces, and is only 39cm long ).

This rod has all the power of a saltwater fly fishing rod, strong enough in the mid section to have the power to subdue a double figure fish, yet has the flexibility to give great fun when targeting Mackerel and Garfish. Fitted with Alumina line guides, these super lightweight yet tough eyes, offer little resistance, allowing your 8/9 weight line to power way out.

Salt water fly fishing is on the up and up, and don't think its just for targeting Bass. I have had great fun stood on a steep shelving beach on a hot summers evening, working my fly on a sinking line, 20-30yds out and hitting into Mackerel, Scad and Gars, great fighters on this Salt water fly tackle, and the nearest thing you will ever get to Blue water fishing on your door step.

One of the best, hardest fighting, and most prolific fish to use this fly tackle on, is the Mullet. I've had fantastic sport, with these fish, using an 8/9 floating line, 6ft of Fluorocarbon and a whole host of different combinations of real or artificial baits, ranging from a bunch of Maddies on a size 6 hook to an artificial floating crust (Take a tip from how the Carp boys take surface feeding fish ). This rod offers total flexibility, to go out and try a whole new area of salt water sports fishing.

This reel is fitted with an aluminium spool to give maximum casting distance with near zero frictional loss across the lip. Fitted with 8 ball bearings, to give the smoothest retrieve and drag system available, this reel will hold 230yds (210m) of 15lbs (0.35) mono line. The reel comes with the patented Penax "Big Fish" rear fighting drag system, that incorporates a sensitive rear knob that allows you to set the clutch to a specific drag setting, coupled with the larger rear micro drag handle that allows you to instantly change the setting, giving you instant control, when you hook into that trophy fish, that's heading off towards the horizon. This reel also comes with 2 extra spare spools.

The Amado Bait runner 600 is a another fantastic fishing reel, fitted with 8 ball bearings to give the smoothest retrieve and drag system available, and fitted with an Aluminium spool for super long super smooth casts. ( 1 spare spool included ).

Match this reel with either our 12ft Bass spinning rod, or 9ft Bass Plugging rod. Both of these rods are also ideal for free lining, or light tackle bottom fishing.

This reel, which has the patented Bait runner system, is the ideal tool for this style of fishing. The Bait runner system, allows a fish to pick up your bait and run with it, without feeling any resistance whatsoever, but as soon as you touch the handle, the free run disengages and the tension that you set your clutch at engages allowing you to set the hook and fight the fish. This is a great way to fish for big summer Bass, on those warm balmy nights, either free lining, or using a light running ledger rig baited with either a Mackerel head or dead pout. Put this reel into bait runner mode, allow the Bass to find your bait, then let it run with it. Give it a couple of seconds, touch the handle and set the hook.

I've had loads of good Bass using this method. I can put the rod in a rest with a big bait, with the Bait runner engaged, and just forget about it, while I fish with my conventional beach casting gear. You can only do this with the Amado Bait runner 600. I lie, you could also do it with a Shimano Bait runner, if you want to pay £125.00 for a similar reel with a different name !!

Designed specifically to be fished with the Jerk bait rod, this American style bait casting reel looks small, but it has been designed to cast heavy pike lures long distances, and control fish in excess of 25lbs plus. Fitted with 3 Ball Bearings, level wind, single thumb spool disengagement, magnetic breaks and a ventilated Aluminium spool, this is a fantastic bait casting reel. The left hand handle on this reel, may seem unusual, but once you have held and worked a jerk bait rod with your right hand, it becomes second nature to use the reel with your left hand. Load this reel with braid for maximum capacity. (Line capacity 175yds, 160mts of 30lbs 0.28mm Braid ).
