The picture above is of a 9” Shad rigged for wreck fishing - the treble hook is removed and a lure flipper put in its place to add an extra strike point.

Top tip: is to use split ring pliers for this as these shads are fitted with x3 strength split rings.

The soft skinned shads are ideal fished on a long flowing trace over any wreck or reef. The movement and shimmer of these super soft lures with a holographic strip running the length of their bodies, are one of the most natural looking soft baits available.

Rig as shown above and the lure will move naturally in the tide and currents.
