A great new Bass lure for 2011, from the SNOWBEE stable. This brand new Bass top water surface popper does exactly what a great surface lure should do, splash, pop and create masses of bubbles and noise.

Not only does this lure create all the disturbance needed to entice a hunting Bass to slam this lure, it can also be worked in all the different styles. You can "pop" it, "walk the dog", or even make it dunk itself, sub surface with a loud "glug". The exaggerated "scoop mouth", is angled back to push and spit water into the air, for even more surface noise and disturbance, while the internal bead system is designed to rattle and vibrate, sending  masses of noise and vibration deep down through the water column. 

For best results, after casting this lure, leave your Stinger Splash static on the surface for 5 to 10 seconds, before "twitching " it back a couple of times.  Then, wait another 5 seconds, and repeat this action throughout the retrieve. Bass find this action irresistible, and will be drawn to investigate.

TOP TIP 1 Always try and use a braided fishing line, when working Popper's and plugs. The lack of stretch in this type of line, allows every flick of the wrist and jerk of the rod tip to be directed straight through to your lure, giving it even more life like action.

TOP TIP 2 When using a surface Popper, fix a Bass fly a few inches in front of the popper's nose. This gives the impression that a bigger fish is chasing a small bait fish on the surface and this really stimulates the Basses hunting instincts, and will slam either your popper or fly.
