Top Pray Surface Fishing Lure - 12.5g Mackerel Blue - Includes free Bass Fly
Colour: Mackerel Blue
This is a top water lure that skitts across the surface, with a "walk the dog" action. Retrieve this lure with small taps of the rod tip, to produce a fantastic slidey nose action. This is a lure that when worked gives the impression of a small joey mackerel hunting on the surface, and by using your free bass fly off a small dropper 6 to 8INCHES in front of your plug, this will heighten the impression of a hunting mackerel, and realy stimulate a bass's hunting instincts to either nail the plug or smash the fly.
Top tip 1 fish your free bass fly on a short dropper 6 to 8 inches in front of this lure, on our 20 or 25LB fluorocarbon, this will give the impression of a hunting mackerel chasing bait fish on the surface.
Top tip 2 always use a good quality braid (see our braided lines) when plugging. There is no stretch with braid, so every movement you make with the rod, is transferred directly to the plug
